I had gone for treatment of molluscum. Dr. Ishita just looked at it briefly and only suggested that a laser could be done, and then the staff there mentioned a budget of 40-50k. They said there was no other treatment for it. I had approximately 6-7 molluscum on the genital area. I requested the staff many times, saying that I couldn't make so much effort for medicinal treatment. But they told me the final budget was 25K and said nothing else could be done. I would never recommend it to anyone, and you would never want to go.

I visited Citrine Clinic last night for a skin allergy consultation and had a very disappointing experience. *** ********* **** ** ********** *** *************** While booking the appointment over the phone, I confirmed the consultation fee twice, and they clearly stated it was ₹800. ******** **** ******* ** *** ******* **** ******** *** *** *** ***** *** ***** ** ******** ** **** **** *** ***** ****** ***** **** ***** ******* **** ***** ** *** ******* ************ *** **** ***** ** ****** **************** the consultation itself was unsatisfactory. The doctor prescribed medicines ******* ******** ********** *** **** ***** ** *** ******** **** * ***** ***** *** ******* *** ******** *** ****** *** **** *** ********* ***** *** ******* ******* *** *********** ** *** ***** *** *********** **** ** *********** * ***** **** ****** ***** *** **** *********** ***************** I am highly disappointed with both the reception staff and the consultation. Please be cautious if you plan to visit this clinic—double-check the consultation fee beforehand *** ***** ****** ***** ******* *********

I consulted the doctor for contact dermatitis the first time and went back to her for grade 3 cystic acne. The treatment was expensive but extremely effective. I saw miraculous results within months. The doctors, therapists, and the entire staff are extremely polite, helpful, thoroughly professional and a pleasure to interact with. I got assigned a different therapist for each session of mine and not one was lesser than perfect. They are very well trained, knowledgeable and perfect at what they do. Apart from my acne condition, whatever skin condition I consulted Dr. Niti for, she gave the most effective medicine.If you want to see definite results, Citrene should be your place to go.

I visited for acne treatment , she prescribed me face creams and medicines worth 16k for 2 months . Then I was told to go for 6 peels worth 20k I trusted her and paid such a big amount but not even a single benefit I got . During my last visit i had a kind of allergy on my face, the girl who did my peel told me to watsapp on their no if it gets worse n i followed the same from last 1 month i texted them, At first they asked me to send pictures but after then no reply whatsoever. Inspit of soo many follow ups not even a single reply i got.. ** **** ** **** ***** **** ****** * this is highly unprofessional behaviour i have been texting you with no avail.. ..It's really not done highly highly disappointed , will not recommend anyone at all.

The Doc is actually a specialist of her trade. Very soft spoken,loaded with experience. She caught the disease with just a sight.

I felt confident & calm post seeking her consultation.however, her prescribed medicines/lotions are too expensive, and i was sceptical weather it will be fruitful of not, but following her direction now in week , i can see significant results.

Will definately request for more affordable medicines for next time for sure.

Well ,the best products (though expensive) brings best results.

Food for thought

The medicine looked affordable,when i checked by swiggy+Zomato monthly expense account..lol ,actualy after meeting her I thought to put more value on skin than to my taste buds for certain time.

Pathetic experience, had booked an virtual 2nd appointment. (First time I had visited the clinic).

While asking her about the medication, change in cream and also how to apply, she said “patients are awaiting outside” ,staff would call you and explain. Which was very unprofessional behaviour by Dr. Niti.

Also she had asked me to do several blood test previously and I wanted to discuss the same with her about the reports and while discussing that she was least interested to reply on the same.

The staff never called back again, I tried calling them but dint received my calls.

I tried to msg on same number where Niti had a virtual video session with me.

She read the msg and again no reply.

No professionalism and pathetic behaviour.

Now it’s been more than 20 days, yet no response.

She did my treatment in less than 10 minutes and results were also not visible. I recommend MUSKAN for any service. Trust me guys you will worth your paid money. Results were unbelievable. I had a skin allergy which we couldn’t find a solution to for almost a month now. *** **** ** ***** ******** ***** **** **** ** ******* **** ***** *** ********* ***** *** ** ****** ** ** ******* *** ** **** ** ****** I called her clinic to book an urgent appointment, the staff being extremely rude told me to come back again the next day. Even after constantly telling them that it’s an allergy the staff very casually said they can’t do anything and wouldn’t give an appointment.

I texted Dr. Niti on her personal number after this and told her that the allergy had aggravated and I needed a some solution for it. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t received any reply from her side either.

I’ve been consulting Dr. Niti for over about 5+ years now. She’s my go-to for every skin related issue. But this time the experience had been horrible to say the least.

I’m taking my fully body hair removal sessions from Citrine Clinic and today was my third session.

It was great.. i was very comfortable with my service provider Ms.Muskan she was very polite n calm during the session.

I told her all my concerns and issues considering them she did a great job.. it was totally pain free.. she was asking me whether I’m comfortable or not bad accordingly she did my treatment.

I’m very much satisfied with her.. thank you Muskan thank you citrine Clinic
