Subject: Disappointing Experience with Dermatologist Visit

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit to your clinic for acne treatment. Despite your recommendations and prescribed treatments, I have not observed any significant improvement in my skin condition.

During my consultation, I appreciated the thoroughness with which you addressed my concerns and the treatment options you suggested, including antibiotic therapy and chemical peeling. However, after following your instructions diligently and investing both time and money into the prescribed regimen, I am disappointed to report that my skin continues to break out, and if anything, it appears more dull than before.

Furthermore, I am concerned about the frequency of follow-up appointments. The three-day interval between visits does not allow sufficient time to assess the effectiveness of the prescribed medications and treatments. In my opinion, a revisit interval of at least 7-15 days would be more appropriate to accurately evaluate progress and make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

Additionally, I must address the issue of the charges incurred during these follow-up visits. The fee of almost 4k for each appointment, especially considering the lack of discernible improvement in my condition, feels disproportionate. I find it difficult to justify such expenses when the expected results are not being realized.

As a patient seeking resolution for my acne concerns, I had hoped for more tangible results from the treatment plan outlined during our consultation. I am now left feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the entire experience.

I kindly request your reconsideration of both the treatment approach and the follow-up protocol to ensure a more satisfactory outcome. Additionally, I would appreciate a review of the charges incurred during the follow-up visits, given the current circumstances.

What struck me most about Dr Taneja is his calm disposition, which proved very comforting to me as a patient while explaining things to him. Secondly, though he works from a small office, his prescription sheet is among the most descriptive I have seen. Hospitals don't hand out such clear prescriptions. Lastly, his Keep Calm meme is written in a heavy metal font, so if he listens to heavy metal, he gets extra points!

Wish this young doctor all the success, and hope he grows in insight with every experience he gains!

As per my opinion, the rating of 100% doesn’t do justice to the doctor. It should be even more!

I had been suffering from acne for about 10 years and had consulted many doctors before. With them, the acne used to get suppressed during treatment but became active when it was stopped.

But with Dr. Taneja my acne got treated completely. It has been four months since my treatment got finished and my acne are gone for the better. I still get a one or two bumps here and there sometimes but with care they usually do no leave much impact.

The Doctor is very patient and logical while explaining the issue and treatment to you! No doubt the treatment was long but still very satisfying. I recommend the doctor to you without any reservation.

I have few other queries before taking chemical peel treatment , but i am unable to connect with doctor on call , i have marriage after 2 months , can i take chemical peel ? How long after chemical peel i can take bridal facials ? Will it make my skin more sensitive ? Will it take more time to heal ? I dont want to take risk before marriage so need to know that my skin must look normal during wedding , if it will take more time to heal or i can not take makeup or bridal facials , then i will prefer to do it after wedding, please answer it as i have very little time left to decide
