We have visited the doctor at her clinic once for an ear issue and we’re extremely pleased by her evaluation and explanation , her friendliness. She makes the patient very comfortable and listens very patiently. Had another chance where we took an online consultation, that too when we were out of country and she was again extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and explaining everything. The experience from the very go was absolutely delightful. The clinic, housed in an excellent space, is pristine and well-managed. Dr. Kaur met us cordially and interacted with such politeness that my father was at ease to open up about his issue. She engaged with him genuinely—listening intently and asking probing questions to help him articulate his condition accurately. Dr. Kaur is not only meticulous but also sincere. Visited for throat and nasal infections pertaining to ongoing viral flu. Dr. Ishwin is very efficient at her work and deeply cares about patient’s well being. She carefully listens to her patient’s concerns. She did thorough examination and explained the problem along with treatment regime and precautions. Also the clinic is very well setup.
