Initially I was reluctant to go for a long term commitment with Ma'am as I wasn't sure if she is the right fit for me, so I started with one time consultation for nutritional plan for pregnancy and paid only 2000 Rs. I got to know that i am diabetic in the year 2019. Because of my diabetes my insulin level and my weight was beyond my control. It was affecting me and my daily routine. I Couldn't function properly. Finally i decided to put an end to my misery. The first step i took in the year 2020. I consulted Dt.Ashu Gupta regarding my diabetes and my obesity. It was good to have someone understand your problem exactly the way it was. She curated customised diet plan and exercise schedule for me. I started seeing the effect of it within a quarter. My sugar level started getting normal and my weight reduced drastically. The best part about my customised diet plan and exercise routine is it doesn't change my daily schedule majorly. I really liked how she encouraged me to take baby steps towards my ultimate goal. A big reason for my health goes to Dt.Ashu Gupta without her knowledge and support it wouldn't have been possible.

I visited Dt. Ashu Gupta for my mother . As she is so lovable and like to eat sweet dishes more. As she is so foodie person so she didn't care about the food type. Her cholesterol level increased. We consulted doctor. Doctor prescribed medicine and tell us to consult a dietician for a strict diet plan. We found Dt. Ashu Gupta online. We visited her clinic. She gave us a diet plan with no sugar food. She followed her diet for 2 weeks. Thank You ashu mam for a great diet plan. I prefer everyone to consult her for diabetic .
