I visited Dr Sampada with no specific agenda as self diagnosis and Google teachings often confuse us and I thankfully had come to conclusion by then that I needed a specialist intervention. Dr Sampada initiated discussions like a normal chat, comforted me, picked up my trauma and then made me do certain exercise post which I could feel the difference. It was my life's biggest emotional release and her follow ups sessions are to be applauded as well. I thank her for the support & determination she reflects towards healing of her patients :)

I’ve been in therapy with doc for more than a month. The kind of quality each session has is very very fulfilling to me. It’s beyond me how even from the first session itself she has been able to point out reasons behind certain problems I’ve been having for a long time, she explains the issues well and tells me new ways to cope with said issues, easy and unique ways.

I feel very comfortable opening up and talking about my issues and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to try a session with doc you won’t regret it.

After attending some therapy sessions with her I can definitely say Dr. Sampada is very good at her work. She is very friendly and empathetic. She has always created a very comfortable, friendly and a safe environment to open up and has explained everything very clearly. She listens everything calmly and analyses things very well. She has guided me not only for the present situation and to deal with my emotional/mental state but also has guided/guiding me to be in a continuous phase of growing strong and finding a better version of myself. My overall experience with her is very pleasant and helpful.

I have had amazing experiences from the sessions we have had and I feel like a person who has learned something new every time I visited Dr. Sampada's clinic. I have been in therapy for many years now and I am very happy to say that anyone who is considering taking therapy, can come here and feel better. The sessions are worth it and you will be better in a short time. Hypnosis sessions have also been very good and doctor Sampada has a range of skill sets needed for this profession. Most certainly I would recommend people to go to her clinic if you are struggling with your mental health.
