I recently visited Dr. Naveen Gupta’s clinic for the first time regarding dental cleaning. During my initial consultation, he mentioned that three sittings would be required for proper treatment. However, after I informed him that I had to return to my hostel in 4–5 days, he assured me that the procedure could be completed in just two visits. I accepted this plan based on his explanation that the third sitting was primarily for monitoring purposes.

On the first visit, Dr. Naveen performed the cleaning and scheduled the next appointment for the very next day. I repeatedly expressed my concern that perhaps there should be a gap of at least two days to allow for better monitoring and assessment. Despite my concerns, he insisted that continuing the next day would be fine, and I trusted his judgment as a professional.

To my disappointment, the experience on the second visit was completely different. I was not attended to by Dr. Naveen but by Dr. Parul Gupta instead. She informed me that most of the cleaning had already been done, implying there was little left to do. After waiting for around 45 minutes, she merely removed a small amount of tartar – and that too only after I specifically pointed it out. The rest of the appointment was spent explaining how to clean my teeth properly, which could have been covered briefly during the first session.

This left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. ** ** ******** *** ******* ********* *** *** * ****** ** *** * ****** ***** ** **** *** ** **** ** ******* *** ****** ************ I paid the full fees and expected proper treatment, attention, and transparency. As a patient, I did not feel that my concerns were respected or that the time and money I invested were valued.

Overall, the lack of communication between doctors and the disregard for patient concerns made this a disappointing experience. I sincerely hope they take feedback seriously and work on improving their patient care and scheduling practices.

I am glad to get the dental treatment done by Dr Naveen Gupta . I Had faulty bridge which I want to get it fixed properly .I searched the dentist near by and found Dr Naveen Gupta at SmileNCareDentalclinic Dr Naveen advised me cbct scan and after seeing my report dr suggested me two Dental Implants for my lower jaw . I am completely satisfied with my treatment ,Implant procedure was very short compared to what I expected and even after the procedure there was no much pain . Dr is very experienced in Implant procedure he showed me many cases done by him to convince me . Me experience was extremely good . Earlier I was avoiding dental treatment as i was scared of going to a dentist but his attitude changed my way of thinking The problem was explained very well to my satisfaction I went through root canals treatment and wisdom Tooth extraction.The whole surgery went smooth and painless A very well equipped clinic cooperative staff and environmen of the clinic is pretty good. In this pandemic he and his his staff follwing all the precautions for the Covid 19 I recommend this clinic to all who are in urgent and need of dental treatment but are unable to decide which dentist to go. you can choose Dr Naveen without any doubt I really thank him

Dr Parul is a very warm person and a thorough professional. She explained everything in detail to me and gave me options to do my fillings.

I visited the clinic as I was having severe tooth ache. I was also apprehensive about how clean and safe the clinic would be considering the ongoing pandemic. To my surprise, the clinic was very well maintained. It felt safer there than at my own house. All the WHO recommended procedures were followed. I went for my maligned teeth and lower lip was everted ,so not happy with my smile.Dr parul at smile n care diagnosed my profile is more convex and advised for orthodontic treatment And growth modulator forces appliance to restrict the mandibular growth and I went for same Got beautiful smile and my face profile is straighter and perfect !! I would definitely like to share with you all my experience. I had visited this clinic recently and met Dr.Naveen Bansal for my capping trestment ,where I got to learn that my root canal wasn't treated well earlier . It was only partially done in 1 canal out of 3. So I undertook a re-root canal treatment with doc which was quite time taking and strenuous. It seemed all went well . Now the measurement has been taken for capping and I expect just one more visit is required for capping process. Earlier I didn't know that capping is so important. I learned its importance by dr Naveen that if it is not used ,our tooth might break or get a crack later sometime in future so its safer to get it capped for long run.

I went to Smile N Care Dental clinics in emergency I had severe pain in my back teeth and was sipping cold water to relieve . I am thankful to Dr Naveen Gupta to give my early appointment out of his schedule appointment to attend him He immediately done Root Canal Treatment in the same tooth . It was painless treatment and I was relieved of my pain completely as I could not sleep last night because of nagging pain . I am thankful to Dr Naveen. He was professional n humble !! I visited Dr. Gupta for my wisdom teeth extraction and imapacted tooth extraction in one month gap. My appointment was well scheduled without any waiting time

I was in a great deal of pain as the cavity in my both lower side wisdom teeth was growing. He explained me the whole problem and also explained me the procedure.
