After 20+ years since my last eye check up, this is my first time I ever visited and eye specialist. Dr. Mam is an amazing person. Very warm, to the point diagnostic, made me feel very comfortable like an elder sister..I am really scared of rude doctors but this doctor mam Alaka Priyadarshini Das is very warm and helpful person. The Netram clinic stuff madam is also amazing and kind. Over all I had a very good experience. Eyes should be taken care by only the best..and if you want to be in safe hands then please visit Alaka mam.

Transparency is the key!

Visited for my father's cataract issue. Doctor is very cooperative and friendly. She explains the issue in detail and recomends only what is required. Doesn't advice any unnecessary treatments or medications. Highly skilled in the subject and compassionate as well. Advices most appropriate appointment schedule, to avoid unnecessary waiting for the patients. I had a slight longer waiting experience only on my first visit (due to ad-hoc appointment), but the doctor ensured smooth treatment expierience, since through.

My son aged 13 years had an epithelial tear and was in trauma .lots of pain .Brought him to Dr Alaka Priyadarshini .First she comforted my son who was not even allowing anyone to touch him as he coudl not even face light . But after he calmed down then Dr Alaka checked his cornea and found the issue .my son was told it will be ok and no need to worry .Medicines given and phew all over .Let me tell u all Half the problem automatically gets resolved if the Dr is good to speak to which is found very less these days .Did not expect that charges will be just 500 .My god my son was feeeling so good and I as a mother relaxed as I also shoulder addl responsibility as a working woman and that also in the defence services .My heart felt gratitude to ma'am .Follow up three days sfter and the battle was won .My son happy and relaxed .Dr Alaka thanks grtaeful .Bond of a lifetime with u now for our eyes
