Sakshi is by far one of the most helpful therapists I've had the good fortune of working with.

I went to Sakshi because I was feeling disconnected from life. I thought it would be fixed in a few days or so. But soon, I realised self awareness and healing of mind has no quick fixes!
Sakshi has been helping me be more self aware, be more grounded and more honest with myself. Basically, she is helping me be more capable of handling my own problems.
She is honest, compassionate, understanding, non-judgemental, gives 100% focus to the client (i.e., me) and you can feel the warmth of her genuine care.
Since coming to therapy with her I feel much more secure as a person, I am able to handle things better, I have improved my mental health and improved my relationships as well.
There are times therapy can be difficult, but I am glad Sakshi is there to (metaphorically) hold my hand and gradually break past my fears.

Having had little success with multiple therapists in the past, I was so pleased to finally find someone who really understood what I needed. Sakshi listened so closely and helped me to explore the various frustrations and challenges I was experiencing both inside and outside of work. Through our sessions I have developed an ability to advocate for myself, care for my own wellbeing and recover from burnout.
