Riddhima Shokeen Chawla's Clinic, Punjabi Bagh

I was feeling very anxious since few days so I thought of taking professional help. I came across Riddhima through Practo and read the reviews. I scheduled an appointment with her. She was really humble and approachable. During the first session only, she made me feel so comfortable and made me feel so positive. She was really friendly and non judgemental. I felt like I can share anything with her. I really enjoyed the session and also got solution to my problems. I will definitely take more sessions and I 100% recommend her.

The elegance and understanding with which she listens and conducts the whole session is unparalleled as per my experience. I admire the unique ability with which she can untangle and streamline my thoughts and doing it with so much ease that an impatient person like myself feels so relaxed and assured. I feel heard in her presence as she remembers everything I share with her and also because she has a distinct way of unleashing insights just at the right moment. Finally what I truly admire her is for all the good she makes me see in myself and for making me feel strong and independent enough to make my own decisions in life. Finally, I thank her for all the warmth and for giving me a safe space to vent and reconstruct my beliefs.

Had my first session today and it went perfectly. Dr. Riddhima is very insightful, understanding, easily approachable and utterly sweet. Within the first ten minutes, we connected effortlessly and the session thereby felt more like a call to a friend rather than a doctor’s appointment. She helped me alot by instilling confidence in me that I thought I had lost and made me feel so relieved. I’m really looking forward to the next session and would highly recommend going to her for your difficulties. Very satisfied with the help I received.

At a certain point, while explaining her about my falloff in a relationship and how that effected me and how I feel emotionally numb and lack enthusiasm in life, my doctor asked me a very relevant question which made me critically think. She asked "what was there earlier in your life that is lacking right now due to which you feel a lack of enthusiasm?" This put some perspective in my head and made me think differently. She bought the correct word (i.e dependency) into existence to clearly explain the situation further.
