I visited Dr Dahiya's clinic because of shoulder and elbow pain, both of which had been troubling me for many years, given the various sports that I have been involved in. I was at first sceptical whether the chronic injuries could ever fully heal, but Dr. Dahiya examined me thoroughly and allayed my fears. She also answered every question of mine in great detail and care.

I followed a 10-day-long treatment plan, following which I can state with great satisfaction and indebtedness to Quantum Physical Therapy and Wellness Centre that my shoulder and elbow feel better than they have in years. Indeed, in a mere ten days, my pain has reduced significantly, to almost non-existent levels, and both my joints are much stronger. I can therefore return to full blooded sporting activities very soon.

Lastly, although Dr Dahiya was the one who delineated my treatment plan, it was Dr Kanika Bharadwaj, one of four doctors on her team, who personally supervised my exercises and administered the relevant modalities. Therefore, I also owe my good health and recovery not only to Dr Dahiya but also to Dr Kanika who was extremely gentle, scrupulous, and thorough in her approach. Healing fingers, if I may say so!

Dr Poonam is an expert in spine rehabilitation and pain management. I went to her clinic after trying out multiple clinics for last 8months. She spent lot of time understanding my pain symptoms and explained me in details about the course of action.
