The appointment was specifically booked with Dr. Sasha Raikhy, at 11am.

Firstly, the location of the clinic is wrong/misleading on google maps. We had to walk another 2km to reach the actual destination.

Secondly, the doctor hadn't even reached the clinic at the time that we agreed upon. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes before someone walked in, apologizing for being late.

The consultation commenced immediately after that, ***** **** **** **** * ***** ***** ** **** ******* ************ ** ********** ******

Thirdly, after the consultation wrapped up, the woman who took the session called up someone else, asked for a prescription and then proceeded to give a prescription that this person prescribed over the phone.

It was only at this point that we got to know that the doctor had sent someone else on behalf of her to conduct the consultation.

This other person called herself a psychotherapist, and deceptively wrote a prescription where she signed Dr. Sasha's name at the bottom of the prescription.

We wouldn't have gotten to know that we weren't talking to Dr. Sasha in the first place if this other woman hadn't accidentally let it slip.

The person who took the session THEN told us that she was a psychotherapist, not the psychiatrist. And then she awkwardly assured us and said "don't worry, I can still diagnose mental illnesses. I spoke to the doctor and this is the prescription that she gave".

When we expressed our objection and shock at this, she called someone on the phone who claimed to be the actual doctor, our beloved Mrs. Sasha Raikhy.

Did they think we were incapable of knowing the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist? The appointment was booked specifically after assessing the doctor's qualifications and experience on her profile.

The people at the clinic pretended like it was an accidental error on their part and eventually agreed to waive the consultation fees, but the woman clearly signed the doctor's name on the prescription. **** ***** * ************** **** ** ******* *** ********

The least they could have done was to inform us that the doctor would not be able to make it to the appointment, and that she'd be sending a psychotherapist/counsellor instead. They should have given the patient the option to choose whether or not she wanted to opt for their services after that.

This is not how a doctor builds trust in their patients, and this is not how a medical professional (much less a MENTAL HEALTH professional) works, particularly when a field like this requires a certain amount of sensitivity, respect and transparency from the doctor.

I have read almost all the appreciated msgs. i don't understand how people have such wonderfully describe the work done by dr. sasha ma'am and dr. Deepika ma'am, because i don't have perfect words for their support, help, guiding, treatment and patience. They are just amazing. As i have a depression problem. at starting i was afraid to visit the clinic, that time i had many thoughts in my mind like what if doctor judge me or she is not able to understood my problem or just tell me like others you are fine just don't think too much. but my experience was totally different from my thoughts. Dr. Sasha ma'am she listened me carefully.. and with patience. she understood my problem and suggest me counseling along with medicine. for my counseling session, i was refer to Dr. Deepika.. again i was afraid.. i don't have any idea what to tell or what not.. but when i spoke to her.. i am like open book infront of her.. she gives so much comfort...she is not just listened my problem she understood it. she is totally different from my previous counselor..she doesn't only show me empathy but she told me how brave i am.. she give me solutions of my every problem. Now I have lots of words to say but i would like to end this msg.. in one note: in my difficult phase.. when i am having strong suicidal thoughts.. you both give me another life and inspiration Dr. sasha ma'am and Dr. Deepika ma'am thank you so much..and thank you prabhat ji for giving me prompt reply whenever I have some doubt..As my treatment is still going on.. i hope i will be fine soon...😊

I was struggling with depression. I used to criticize myself , doubt on my abilities . I had lost interest in everything but I had no idea that I was suffering from mental health issues. I had no idea that mental health is a disease and this can be cured by a doctor. Because I had different opinion about mental health. I used to thought that mental health is related to mindset, thought process , your perception about things and so on . But friends mental health is a disease like other physical disease. And this can be cured . So we need treatment. Awareness about mental health is very rare in our societies. So if you are feeling low, loss of interest , suicidal tendency etc then I would say please don't criticize yourself. Do not doubt on yourself , on your abilities. It is happening because of mental health. Please visit Dr Sasha Raikhy ma'am.

She is not only frindly but her understanding about mental health is amazing. Whatever I had doubt, she cleared with logic . She has good understanding of medicines, human psychology, patterns in human behaviour etc. And her experience is invaluable. One example I would say that I had recovered from depression in month of october- november but she couldn't stop medicine because winter has their own side effects.

Lastly I want to give a BIG THANKS to Dr Sasha Raikhy who have given me another chance in life . I will always be obliged to her in my life .

So If you have these kind of feelings then please visit to ma'am and KEEP PATIENCE , evertything will be fine at the end . At this moment you won't believe but keep keep patience and everything will be fine.

I waited patiently from 2:40pm until 15:20 - which was not a problem - however we spoke for 15 min and I provided Dr. Sasha (before we start) with phychiatric reports from my doctors explaining my treatment. However, because I use controlled medications, I had to go to the clinic, which was also ok. However, when I arrived, she asked a very kind lady to speak with me about my emotions and current issues, which was great; however, they wanted me to spend Rs. 8,000.00 (eight thousand rupees) on tests that I had done before (twice) hense my doctor report was sent to her. The reason for my consultation was to (a) understand how I could substitute Vynvanse (which is not available in India) with a medication that is available in India. (b) get the prescriptions. * *** * *********** ** ****** *** ****** *** * ***** *** *** ***** **** **** **** ** ********* ***** ************ ******** ***** ***** *** * ******* I thought of seeing a phychitrist for a more in deepth understanding. I also suffer from chronical anxiety and panic attacks and the medication * *** *** ******* ** *********** ** ****** ** ** ******** ******* Dr. Sasha did no give me a prescription for it and the substitute medication she offered for ADHD *** *** *** ******* ******* *********** **** * ** ** **** ** ********* ** * * *** ** *** ** ** ****** *********** ***** *** I had to question the attendant who spoke to the doctor and changed the prescription to adjust it to my real needs. The doctor signed the prescription but did not stamp her signature . I had to ask for the stamp also. I left the clinic without a prescription for Alprazolam!
