I had already consulted a couple of psychologists before this, but i wasnt really seeing much improvement. I almost lost all my hopes but then someone recommended Dr. tammana at MindNest Clinic and i decided to give it a try. I went in with some personal issues that i would rather not share here, but she created a very comfortable and non-judgemental space from the start. She understood the issues very well and explained the treatment process and suggested hypnotherapy, which i was a bit unsure initially. Surprisingly, i started noticing positive changes after a hypnotherapy session and after around 3-4 sessions, i felt siginificant sense of relief and the concerns i came here for felt completely resolved. Though i still consult her for guidance on things that keep happening in my life, which says a lot about the trust i have in her.
