Dr. Neelam Kumari Ela is very kind and listens carefully to our problems, giving us plenty of time. She explains things clearly and in a friendly manner. The clinic was neat and clean, the staff cooperative, and the service was punctual with no crowd, which made me very satisfied.

The doctor was very good and I would recommend her to others. However, I experienced issues with hospital wait times and slot booking, which affected my overall experience. I rate the doctor 3 out of 5, deducting points mainly due to waiting time problems.

Although Dr. Neelam Kumari Ela was not available, the substitute doctor, Dr. Geeta, provided good care and clear advice on the next steps. I felt the consultation was good and was satisfied with the guidance given.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience because the fee charged by the doctor was different from what was shown on the Practo app. I felt the app provided fake information and considered the service a waste.
