The doctor was very good and I would recommend her to others. However, I experienced issues with hospital wait times and slot booking, which affected my overall experience. I rate the doctor 3 out of 5, deducting points mainly due to waiting time problems.

Dr. Neelam Kumari Ela is very kind and listens carefully to our problems, giving us plenty of time. She explains things clearly and in a friendly manner. The clinic was neat and clean, the staff cooperative, and the service was punctual with no crowd, which made me very satisfied.

My experience with Dr. Neelam Kumari Ela was okay, but the clinic staff and waiting time were very disappointing. I had an appointment at 6:30 but was only seen around 7:30 to 7:45, which felt like a waste of my time. Overall, I would not recommend this doctor.
