Not only would I recommend Dr Himanshu, I would very highly and strongly recommend him :)) He is really kind, supportive and patient in his approach and always available and accessible for questions and clarifications. It took a lot for me to decide to visit a nutritionist and start my weight loss journey. I have been suffering from thyroid and getting fatter day by day and losing my patience and negative thoughts are entering into my life which is not at all good for each individual. I visited Mr Himanshu for a weight gain diet. I was 55 kgs at that time.
