Not only would I recommend Dr Himanshu, I would very highly and strongly recommend him :)) He is really kind, supportive and patient in his approach and always available and accessible for questions and clarifications. It took a lot for me to decide to visit a nutritionist and start my weight loss journey. I was most worried about being asked to make drastic changes to my lifestyle that I would not be able to sustain. Dr Himanshu did not disappoint on that front. He really worked with my lifestyle and preferences and made subtle but very important changes. Little more than a month later the effects are visible inside and out and I'm still happily following his prescribed diet.
