I lost 18 kgs during this journey & gained a healthier relationship with food.

Everything in my diet plan was designed according to my preferences, which made it sustainable and enjoyable. There were no extreme restrictions, no “punishment diets,” and no unrealistic rules. In fact, I often forgot that I was even on a diet. The approach was practical, flexible, and tailored to my routine, cravings, and comfort. They made me feel like home and that's rare. Each & every penny is worth it imo.

I exhibit my maximal gartitude to Dr Raminder Deshmukh for my 23Kg weight loss. Her member of staff Ms Anshika did a splendid job in constructing a diet plan which tailor-suits me with utmost finesse.

It seemed virtually impossible for me to reach this sort of pinnacle of fitness in my life. Dr. Raminder and Anshika have stood up in the back-end, providing me the best diet plan, along with powerful moral support.

Dr Raminder kaur deshmukh has the potential to open up horizons of fitness for many women like me who couldn't even imagine her ways of losing fat and gaining strength at the same time.

Dr Anshika has been readily available to come up with the most complacent guidance that any person could give. She is a very approachable womam coupled with a very warm tint of communication skills.

One tip from my side for everyone. It's not a magic. It's a program where you require patience, dedication and strong will power. You have to give time to your body because the weight gained over the years require a time period to she'd down from your body.

I joined Journey to health through my gynaecologist, I was gaining weight and my health could go haywire anytime soon (and in lockdown I couldn't go anywhere) hence focusing on health became first priority. When I first talked to Dr. Raminder she assured me that diet will be according my needs and wishes with a proper schedule and some changes in the way things are eaten. I was assigned Dt. Anshika who made sure the process goes seamlessly, she motivated me to stay regular with my workouts, diets and most importantly water intakes. I was never put on fad diets to get faster results (contrary to what other nutritionists claim) rather they all were very patient and understanding in terms of how my body is adapting to all changes. 10/10 would recommend this place for not just losing weight and inches, buy for a holistic development of body and mind. Dr. Raminder and her assistant Manpreet are amazing. Best thing about them is that they truly care about their patients. All throughout the diet, both Dr Raminder and Manpreet were extremely approachable. They consistently followed up on our weight loss, food choices and curated our meal plans accordingly. In just a month, my husband lost 4.2 kilos (coming down from 90.7 to 86.45) and I lost 3.7 kilos (coming down from 66.2 to 62.5). There was a significant inch loss too. About the diet: it wasn’t very difficult to follow - just took 2-3 days to adjust to it. It used to keep us full entire day. Plus, doctor also took in to account our cravings and gave us option to splurge one or two times. About their clinic: it’s huge, very well maintained and quite advanced with body analysis machines which are pretty cool!
