Really the **** doctor you want to talk about ur life to if your into anxiety or depression.
You can talk about anything, he make sure tou feel comfortable and listens to every detail with utmost patience.
Moreover the way he puts up his questions after listening you doesn’t feel like he is investigating or something.. it feels like he really understands you and your feeings and problems and make sure to come up with the best solution.
Must have a session once and I guarantee it will make you feel kuch better..

He comforts them and makes them believe that the problem at hand can be resolved easily. he is all about keeping the patient's benefits first. I would highly recommend Dr Ankit. I vsited him for one of my relatives-- and he treated him with utmpost care and patience. He’s a great listener, doesn’t dismiss your input, and very thorough when explaining things and takes all the time needed to make sure his patient understands his point of view. He does not force his opinions - rather he invites the patient to consider alternatives and talk through them.
He also proactively followed up and answered my queries on Whatsapp.
