Hi...quite surprised after reading your feedback which holds untrue as well..with due regard to your health condition...you had come to me with intense neck pain on day 1, in the morning session where you were treated with full attention and care independently with absolutely no other patients along.. ultrasonic therapy followed by moist hot pack cannot be done away within 8 -9 mins. Deliberately chose not to give you vibration on day 1 as you had unilateral neck pain over which sometimes constant muscle contraction given by TENS increased pain and discomfort...On day w, found your tenderness less so chose to give you vibration that day ..i had categorically explained you the importance of procedure chosen and given on you on both days. I had taken you with a lady patient after seeking consent for the same (no skin exposure had to be done )...Sometimes there can be an overlap with patients turn up time to the clinic..practitioner always tries to keep a gap between 2patients despite this because of unpredictable reasons like traffic rush, time taken in locating centre,etc delay in turning up and thereby the overlap can happen...which happened exactly with you also on both days ...you were late as per your alloted time...i didn't keep u waiting , thought out of your pain concern and instead took you for the procedure at the earliest... I understand patient in intense pain would feel as if nothing has been done over him/her if results don't show up immediately and it feels as if too high fees is charged for such less time...i had explained you very clearly it would take time as you had undergone massage also post which u told me your pain became even worse...i am sorry but despite my explanation,guidance and care given to my best..you have concluded your version quite early...charging a patient as per my expertise and time given for therapy is totally dependent on individualistic symptoms...charges were not hidden...you made a choice of turning up to the centre seeing what was detailed online on practo... Coming to hygiene part...i had taken you along with a lady patient on plinth as it was the last procedure fr her and I was over with her treatment...u were in pain, had come late as per your scheduled time and had to be given treatment on chair ,so after checking with your comfort and hers,began the session with you so that you were not kept waiting in pain...that lady patient got free in hardly 5mins..when hands on treatment was over on you and you were given extra heat as per your need...i had asked you to sit at the corner with back rest to relax yourself and continue taking heat.... simultaneously an old patient who unlike you came at his allotted time and because I was over with your therapy...took him for his session again after seeking consent from him as well and that too curtained him on plinth to respect ur n his privacy...so mam when there were patients back to back how is it possible to give you all same wet towels???? I am totally unclear on why people like you try to exaggerate the matter and give false statements of the situation. Your pain relief might have got delayed because u were under the effect of multiple pain killers...popping 2 painkillers together from last couple of days would have suppressed your pain threshold post which you decided for physio...i had asked you to stop painkillers and undergo at least 3 sessions to conclude...anyways, hope you could find a better physio and get relieved of your symptoms soon...hoping for your best...take care Komal..

Hi Sabia, I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I regret for the problem but as a doctor sometimes there are emergencies which are not planned. One patient had come to the ICU at that time and I had to rush there. When I spoke to you I told you clearly regarding the emergency and requested you to reschedule it at 5.45 pm. You said yes and I thought it was fine. My assistant had also tried to call you in the afternoon to reschedule the appointment but could not get through to you. I understand the diffulties faced but sometimes I need to prioritise my patients in a given situation. I still regret the inconvenience caused.
