Hi I'm Shaini, 40 years old female. I was suffering from PCOD since 2017 and had put on a lot of weight which didn't go even after regular exercising and I am actually a fitness fanatic, so excercising comes naturally to me. I came to know about doctor Sharvi through my sister in law's colleague. My sis in law was all praises for her colleague who had lost a considerable amount of weight and was back looking her best. Then finally on 12 Feb 2022 my husband and I met her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions. We were quite satisfied with her in our first meeting, but of course, we wanted to see the results. Would it work for me? I don't like cooking and I have a budget to work around with. Dr. Sharvi has been a great help in helping me transform my diet and achieve my goals. I started my journey towards weight loss in the end of June 2020 and now after 3 and half months of sharvi’a guidance and consultations,I have lost 12 kgs and my size has changed from XXL to L.

It was really good to know about dietician Sharvi Rastogi , I was 70kg when I met her online now my weight is 59 kg .
