Visited Dr. Prof J M Hans (ENT/ Otorhinolaryngologist) For Vertigo Treatment

I do not recommend the doctor

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. The doctor spent only a few minutes with us and did not take the time to properly understand the symptoms or explain any potential diagnosis. Instead, we were immediately asked to do a test that costs ₹18,000 * *** **** ** *** ******** *** ******* No treatment or even basic advice was provided until the test was done, ***** **** **** **** * ***** ****** **** * ******* ******* *** *** ********* ******* **** ********** **** ******* *********** *** ************** I expected better care and transparency.

Dr. Prof J M Hans replied

I talked to the doctor. He had explained to you that Vertigo is a symptom & we have to find the cause, the disease like, if you have fever, then we have to do tests to find the cause. These tests are costly & need, not only to scan the ear but the complete Vestibular system to do the diagnosis. Only then treatment can be started. Sir still insists on what he said. Rest it is your problem. U can only decide. Thanks
