Bad experience as a patient. I did root canaling here in 2019 November. I had paid INR 10000 for the crown and was told that there is a 7 years warranty on it. From the very start, I had felt that the fitting of the crown was improper, and my jaw would not close completely. But the doctor told me that it will become okay with time. I regularly brush twice a day, and also floss regularly.

In 2020, the crown came out while I was eating. I never chewed anything hard or sticky, but it came out while having normal food (rice and daal). On consulting the doctor again, he fixed it, and said that it was rare for the crown to come out like this. He also assured me that it should be okay now. But I still was not comfortable with the fitting.

Recently in Jan 2022, the same issue repeated again. The crown came out while having normal food. On reporting again, the doctor said this was happening probably because of sticky food like Eclairs/chocolate. I told him that I never have Eclairs or chocolate especially with this side of my mouth. On asking for a refund, he simply said that unless the crown is damaged, no refund is applicable, and I should just visit a dentist whenever it comes out again. Now I am shifting to Bangalore, and if it comes out again (I know it will), I will again have to pay for the fix. There is no consideration for the hassle I have to face as a patient.

As a person who gets severe anxiety around injections and medical tools, I must say it was nothing as I anticipated. I avoided root canal for many years fearing the painful process. A friend recommended Dr. Gupta’s name. I was blown away by his friendly attitude and ability to carry out my root canal without any pain. What’s more, Dr. Gupta also fixed my damaged upper molar tooth and completed the dental implant.

I had told Dr. Gupta that I would become his fan if he didn’t inflict pain during my root canal process. We are now friends for life after the treatment. May God bless him and his family.

Dr. Swapnil is a thorough professional, listens to your problem very patiently & provides you with the best possible treatment. In my case I was having issue with my Wisdom tooth which I already know will be solved by RCT only & was avoiding it from long time because of pain during the treatment but to my surprise there was no pain at all just a feeling of pinch while giving the injection & nothing at all during the whole course of RCT. Will recommend him to all, clinic is very nice & clean with Modern Machines (As per my understanding).

Half of the procedure for RCT was performed by the junior doctor who was extremely rude.

The experience of 14 years of Dr Swapnil for which you choose to visit him is not going to be available to you. ****** ** *** ** *** ***** ** ******* ****** *** ******* **** **** *** ********* ******* ** *she inserted in mouth a dental cap lying on table for long without cleaning it, and when I questioned her and asked if I can see Dr Swapnil, she was extremely rude and said I am also a doctor. ********* *** *** **** * ******* *** ********* ********* *** ***** *** *** ******** ********* *** ** ********** ** ****** *** ******* **** *** ** * ********

Apart from above, I have had bad experience where the doctor performed filling ** *** ***** ***** ******* ** *** ******* ***** however, it was corrected later the next day when I still felt excruciating pain.

Overall I'm not recommending going here, primarily because if the doctor himself is not going to treat completely but handover to someone who is not the face of the clinic, it's not a transparent/healthy practice. Second, the unpleasant behavior of the Junior Doctor is completely unacceptable.

The fee of the treatment is high (don't confuse it with consultation fee) and when you don't get commensurate expertise and behavioral satisfaction, it is a big No No.

Managed to get me the earliest appointment for the day at very short notice and calmed my apprehensions down. I'm very happy and satisfied with their services. Also a very caring and friendly staff.

Dr. Swapnil Gupta "crowned" my teeth - 5 of them. He did this with utmost deftness and care. I experienced no discomfort. He is courteous and gives his patients lot of confidence. Dr.Swapnil was not only patient, he was kind and caring too. He took his time to extract the whole wisdom tooth which would not give me much swelling post operations, he didn’t give up and kept being persistent of taking my whole wisdom tooth which was not moving.
