I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Kapil Gandhi's treatment course for my 5y old son. I was really fearful about how my son is going to manage for his dental treatment as he was really anxious when I took him to other 2 doctors. But then through Practo I read and found about Dr. Kapil Gandhi's repute and I thought of consulting him for my son. I must mention here that in first meeting itself I felt so much satisfied with the way he dealt with my son with being very very polite and on the same time being a little disciplined so that he can forget his worries and feel safe in his hands. I have had 3 sittings till now with him for my son's dental cavities and caries and all have gone very very well. As I was asked by another doctor that my son will need to go through all the treatment in GA (General anesthesia), but then Dr. Gandhi **** ** ********* ** *** ******* said that no we need to have faith on child and decrease his anxiousness and slowly and steadily treat him in opd itself. Even the tooth, which another doc recommended to be extracted, Dr. Gandhi is trying to save that too with treatment. Also, every time he has answered my queries (being anxious for my child) so nicely and in elaborated manner, to make us feel completely satisfied parents. So all in all I am so much thankful to him for all his efforts with my child and way of his treatment.

I have traveled from UK and was referred to Dr Kapil in dental masters . Dr Kapil did the complete analysis of situation with respect to pain , infection on my tooth and started my treatment.

He planned the whole activity keeping the constraints of time my availability and my medical condition .

Dr Kapil not only did excellent procedure but also ensured that I am fully informed , maintained transparency , high level of professionalism , friendly and calm.

In less than 4 sittings I am feeling like normal , relieved and relaxed with no ache etc .

Thank you Doctor Kapil and am amazed that you are offering such a great treatment , not bloating the issue monetary reasons and ensuring comfort of patient .

Meeting Dr Gandhi was nothing short of a sigh of relief for us. My son chipped one of his teeth and we were made to run to three different dentists none of whom was able to give us a correct diagnosis or line of treatment not to mention unnecessary tests. Dr Gandhi not just diagnosed the condition correctly but also offered the correct line of treatment.

He is absolutely amazing with kids and has a very conservative ( minimalist) approach to treatment that I loved. I will definitely recommend him for all procedures related to kids.

Dr Kapil is an amazing dentist! By far the best that I have come across.

The best thing I like about Dr Gandhi is that he gives a lot of importance on the quality of service and makes sure that the patient leaves with a good+satisfied experience.

I am/was an anxious patient when I visited Dr Gandhi with toothache that I had been avoiding for quite some time thinking i can manage it with homely remedies (Clove etc.). When I visited him, anxious and crying in pain, he made sure to be polite, caring and examining me with lot of care. He explained the problem to me and ensured I first get out of the pain before we move to actual treatment-which was tooth extraction. On the day of the extraction, he worked with me very slowly, settling my anxieties and questions at first, then explaining each and every step, making the environment caring/less stressful and the job was done in few minutes. I am grateful to him. I must also mention the good staff he has who ensured cleanliness of the clinic, played music of my choice and kept a smile on their faces to relieve of my unnecessary tension. Thank you Dr Gandhi, I have a lot more work on my teeth to be done and I am sure going to go back to you.

Alongwith being an excellent dentist, Dr Gandhi's way of working with my child and to get him to cooperate was just amazing. Also he did not use unnecessary injections. Instead even though it must have been inconvenient for him to work with my kid whose threshold of pain is bare mininum he still managed to do it without giving local anesthesia.

His way of explaining everything in detail was very helpful. But what really impressed me was the follow up after half an hour of treatment whether my child was in pain or not.

What a great experience here, I have finally found a wonderful dentist after trying several others. My 5 year old son came in fearful and nervous, by the time he was to be worked on he was happy and confident that everything was going to be okay. Dr.Kapil Gandhi and his staff did an amazing job and were so kind and caring with my son during the whole process. He is exceedingly patient and creative in his approach with children. He takes time to explain what is going on and what needs to be done. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have little ones who are nervous about seeing the dentist. I have visited Dr Gandhi to get treatment for my 3.5 year old daughter. It has been a heartening experience to see a young child being treated with such patience and utmost care. Dr Gandhi handled her with such expertise that my child would look forward to going back to the clinic after every appointment. One would shudder to think that a child so young has to go through a root canal procedure but my daughter was so confident by the assurance given by the entire team at the clinic that she would even doze off while the treatment would be ongoing. Such is the command that the doctor has , that my daughter would often simply smile when she was told about going to "the nice doctor uncle. "

Because of his friendly nature and patient attitude my son was super comfortable throughout the treatment. To everyone's surprise he actually enjoyed the process.
