Baby Soon Fertility and IVF Center, Karol Bagh

I needed a travellers note and I had called them prior to confirm the procedure and the charges .

The second i reached they said to do ultrasound which was in another location and then eventually took 500 apart from the consultation and registration fees for just printing out a travellers note. This is something I have seen people do with NRIs even though I had spoken to them before coming but no one will tell you anything till you come and then bill you someway or the other.

Apparently receptionist doesnt know all these rules and procedures well then TRAIN them and provide complete information to someone who is coming so they can make the right decision. ********** **** **** * ****** *** **** ***** ** ****** *** ***** *** **** *********** ******* plus wasted my time to go back and forth to do ultrasound and get reports.

It was really a great experience with Dr. Jyoti Bali. Staff was really good and amicable. Thanks for the wonderful services.

No Reports are shared even after charging a good amount for it.when I informed her that I cannot visit the centre again. She is not ready to provide anything.

Doctor Jyoti Bali is very nice and extremely professional, she is always ready to help and respond you at anytime of the day with expert counselling. I had booked appointment and visited the hospital. Doctor was good with me. She had heard to all my concern and gave the answer to all my questions, I am fully happy with the doctor service so I would like to recommend this doctor for others also. Overall the experience was good.

She is very polite in talking n give sufficient time to understand patients problem. Iam very happy and i will recommend her for ivf treatment.
