My story is ineffable, but I will try my best to write it down.

Recollections of my initial sessions with Dr. Rakhi Anand still resonate vividly within me. During that phase, I was ensconced within a deep and impenetrable abyss of depression, so consumed by it that communicating with others was a big task in itself. I remember spending most of the day lying in bed, tackling with thoughts.

Yet, Dr. Rakhi's empathetic demeanour and professional aptitude paved the way towards unravelling my innermost self and comprehending my predicament. Her unwavering patience showcased her compassionate nature and expertise in the field, providing me with the much-needed support to navigate through the turmoil and a push that filled me with strength to keep moving forward, even when the light was not visible at the end.

Dr. Rakhi and her team worked so hard towards unshackling me from the suffocating grips of depression. We discussed numerous techniques, from examining cognitive distortions, rationalizing thoughts or mindfulness to name a few, all of which gradually enabled me to overcome the seemingly impossible.

It was her extensive experience and profound understanding of the human psyche that truly aided me to overcome a hurdle that I once felt to be insurmountable.

I am eternally grateful for her guidance and unwavering reinforcement, it has led me on a path towards a brighter and more hopeful future.

I was going through a very difficult phase in my life. I was experiencing anxiety attacks, sudden emotional breakdowns, and a constant feeling of being upset and overwhelmed. Even on the day of my appointment, I was so drained that I fell asleep and ended up joining the session late. Despite that, Rakhi ma’am was extremely understanding and compassionate. She listened patiently and supported me in a way that truly made a difference.

She helped me work through the challenges I was facing, and gradually I began to regain clarity and strength. Today, I can genuinely say that I am progressing both professionally and healthwise. What started as a random appointment turned out to be one of the most fortunate decisions I’ve made.

I feel lighter and at peace with myself now, no longer carrying the same heaviness. I’m grateful to Rakhi ma’am and her team member Saumya for their support and guidance. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and happy with the version of myself I am becoming.

Everyone is friendly listens to problem give us good and valuable solutions. I felt it quite helpful and loves to interact. I am quite an introvert but here i can talk about my feelings much comfortably and I do. It's such a friendly and comfortable environment.

So when we talk about Rakhi ma’am *** ** *** **** ****** *** **** ************ * **** **** **** That is, she understands the problem so well as she focuses on the cause of that problem and taught me the same which helped me alot to overcome my fears, anxiety, low self esteem. I don’t know what i would have done without her. Trust me, you can share anything you want to without any fear of being judged because this is the right place as there will not be any judgments. Rakhi ma’am is that friend who is never going to judge you rather will help you in all the ways possible❤️
