But we requested to it in another hospital , which he visited there also. ** **** ****** ******** ******* **** ** ** ** * **** ** *** ****** ******* *** ********** We have no way. So agreed to do the surgery in Apollo spectra. Apart form insurance claim the checked 100% hike. They charged out of the claim. That we didn't aware of this. ********** **** **** ********** This is not necessary for my daughter. End of the day we lost our insurance amount along with 100%hike cash payment.

My mom had been to hospital and it was for back pain related. Consultation was fine by the doctor. I can definitely recommend the doctor to my family and friends. There was no waiting time when we went. Tablets were prescribed by the doctor. Physiotherapy was suggested and doctor was friendly. She is recovering health wise. We were not able to do follow-up post consultation.

Admission Process:
- To admit a patient, one should get an admission note from the doctor and need to give it to the admission counter.
- If the patient is insured, then the patient will be sent to the insurance desk.
- A Unique Identification Number [UID] will be generated which can be used to save all the medical records of the patient by the hospital for future reference.
Discharge Process:
- The discharge process will be handled by the respective IP co-ordinators.
- The unused medicines will be returned, and a discharge summary will be prepared by the concerned department.
- If any discharge medicines or medical devices are prescribed, then the doctor will explain how to use them.
- Finally, the bill will be handed over to either patient or caretaker.
