Ritu Kapoor is the nicest dietician I met, so humble, so much patience to always listen to me every time. Replying me on WhatsApp every time, no matter what time and how busy she is.
She is very experienced and quickly came up with a solution for my hot flashes that I had been dealing for months. The hot flashes were very severe and make me feel pretty much out of control with my body. In just 3 days the issue completely got fixed.
