it was very unprofessional on the doctor's part. She consulted on video call from car. We were not able to even see her. She didn't seen even my child. Just prescribed cough syrup. The proscription was send 2 hrs after consultation. She closed the consultation. *** ***** ****** ** ***** **** ***** So, I messaged via Practo. Even raised issue with Practo. The doctor has not replied till date. We consulted other doctor. ** *** *** ******* ** ******* *** ***** ***** * **** ***** **** **** ************** **** *** *******

We visited the doctor on a Thursday afternoon at marathalli clinic. Clinic was good enough. Very few patients and hence the wait time also was less. Pharmacy is also available within the clinic. So its also a time saving . Little trouble to park your vehicles. Its a small lane. Wait time for cab is also a little high.

Doctor is very friendly. Her desk stands out. It is soft and baby can be placed on it. It will be easy for the doctor to sit and look at the baby. She suggested few medicines based on the inputs we gave. And within 3 days our baby is cured from cold.

Coming to other staff, since the patient count was less, they were not very attentive. However they have quickly provided prescription, bills etc

My daughter had complained a severe abdomen pain and we had a struggle to understand the root cause. We consulted Dr. Tanvi based on the multiple references. Dr Tanvi was very prompt to diagnose root cause as Ovarian Torsion issue that needed to be addressed urgently. She helped us literally in every aspect like a close family member to arrange the needed scans and surgery at short notice with sense of urgency. She successfully did the surgery to address the issue and she has been absolutely helpful throughout the post surgery recovery as well. She is very prompt in responding every query, every concern.
