Even as patient, I was really excited by the facilities, treatment and quality of service with kindness, empathy and respect that was given to me at Sakra World Hospital during my Pace Maker implant during my hospitalisation from 05.09.26 to 12.09.26.

I can never ever forget the care, comfort, empathy, respect, service, love and affection given to me during my stay in CCU by Dr. Sreekanth Shetty, Director and Head of Cardiology and his team of doctors and nurses and general staff. Although I don't remember the names of all of them, I thank Dr. Anju, Dr.Kanika Head nurse Mr. Lohith, Mr. Manjunath and , nuses on duty, Shreya, Diya, Priyanka, Ananya, Sister Dania in OT who stapled my incision and put the bandage and Sister Ji ji in Cath lab who removed the staplers and the sub staff Mr. Parimal from Tripura for their kind service given to me.

Dr. Shetty is an excellent skillful doctor,very good listener, very caring, empathatic * ****** **** **** ********* about medicine and Cardiology.

Dr Sreekanth and Dr Chitra are simply wonderful doctors. They personify all the positive qualities that a doctor should possess. They are not just professionals of the highest order but are very friendly and kind. They put you at ease right away and you know that you are in good hands. Dr Sreekanth never advises tests unless absolutely necessary.

They have fostered a great culture in their organization. Their front office executive Ms Shabanam is very helpful and responsive. They provide excellent video consults - a boon in these covid times. Dr Sushma who visits there is also an excellent doctor. A big thanks to Svasti and the good doctors and staff.

I really felt, Dr. Sreekanth is really a passionate guy towards his work. From Apollo I got heart X-ray and had some doubt regarding it and hence went to meet him on 26/08/2020. He saw the reports and told it's normal and no need to worry. I came to reception to pay consultant fee then they told that doctor asked them to not to take fee itself. When I went to doctor to ask why he is not taking fee then he told it's normal and he has done nothing for me. More ever he is very cool and composed guys.

*** ********* ****** ** *** ** *** **** ************* humble, caring, patient friendly and empathetic Doctor I have ever seen. He has been treating my father since 10 years. Though he is now located a bit far from the place where we stay, it always pulls us to go to him bound to his nature and the care he takes to treat the patient. I just can say this, be rest assured that you are in safe hands if Dr. Shetty is taking care of you or your family member. I cannot thank more for all sort of treatments and the care he has taken of my father. Our sincere thanks to him not just being the words. Long live dear sir. Your service to the society is incredible.
