Waiting time is more than 3 hrs for a 2 mins consultation. She saw my reports and shooed me away saying everything is normal, didn't prescribe me any vitamins or tell me what is to be done as my reports indicate severe deficiency in iron, haemoglobin, TSH etc. It's the responsibility of a doctor to holistically treat a patient not just look at a single ailment the patient visited for. Needless to say I will have to visit another doctor. Please streamline your appointment and operations system. Allocate time to patients and try to maintain punctuality. Is it so hard to follow an appointment system rather than first come first serve basis ? I pity the pregnant ladies who have to sit on a chair for hours waiting in line.

I consulted Dr Prasanna online for of acute back pain, where I was not able to even stand straight or walk without support and was experiencing bad pain.
