I was struggling with triceps tendonitis and tennis elbow issues for almost 4 months because of overuse injury (badminton and gym). I visited multiple physios and underwent IFT and Ultrasound sessions to no avail. There came a point where I was hardly able to lift a water bottle. I then reached out to Dr. Vrushali based on a friend's referral . She did the initial assessment and explained the issues in detail and course of treatment that we will take, including multiple muscle release and strengthening sessions. Though it took much longer to heal than expected due to some of the root causes of the pain being a chronic issue, I finally got rid of the pinching pain in my tendon and tennis elbow area and I am now happily able to lift weights in the gym again. Thanks to Dr. Vrushali, Dr. Ramya and the team to help me with the whole recovery process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vrushali to anyone in Bangalore who needs to undergo PT. Especially for ppl with chronic issues, it worth the long trip even if the place is too far from your home.

My mri reports says that i have cervical slip disc(c6-c7). This itself was like a big trauma for me mentally as i m still young, 32 years. My grandma is 75 . She had got hand fracture in September 2020. After which she was having trouble lifting her right hand. Basic action like holding pen was very difficult. I had carried the pain for 10years in my left sacral joint restraining me from functioning normally from age 19 to 29..went to many physiotherapist and orthopaedics but to no relief.I searched for the best physiotherapist in internet in Bengaluru and i came across Dr.Vrushali. Trusting the reviews and my instinct, i made my way to Dr.Vrushali and to my surprise she had treated me for just 8 days and made all my years of draining pain go away. My joint SI was locked and she unlocked it and strengthened my muscles in a course of 8days and i am absolutely pain free now. I sprained a muscle in my right calf so badly that I couldn't use my right leg or put any weight on it, and was in terrible pain. When I visited Dr Vrusali Raut's clinic, she listened carefully and was able to diagnose and isolate the sprained muscle almost immediately. She explained every step of her treatment process and why it was necessary, which was quite helpful. The treatment she provided was very thorough and extremely effective. I was actually able to walk out of her clinic an hour later. She promised me the pain would subside within a couple of days, and indeed it did. She is a wonderful doctor and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Dr Vrushali does her diagnosis consultation in a very diligent manner . She does complete analysis the problem of the patient and makes sure she identifies the issue accurately. She also explains the issue and the treatment to the patient in a very clear manner .
