Well the experience has been cordial and receptive right from walking into the clinic interacting with the clinic. All the patients present and that we entering the practice were greeted with their name and how their respective pains they were experiencing. Everyone knew everyone. Warm and comfortable feel I did experience with the atmosphere.

The doctor was approachable, keen to listen and prod with the appropriate probing questions when I said my piece. Her demeanor was to resolve my issue with the trapezius and rhomboid catch I encountered the morning I had been working out. My usual physio had been unavailable and had to find an alternate to subdue the seething pain, I'm glad I did. With the right nudges and tugging to my right arm, in a couple of minutes there was a dramatic reduction in the pain and significant mobility was restored. She mentioned at length the reasons and how to avoid the issue along with few exercise movements. Also pointed that only an additional session may be required if the pain resurfaces. My experience with other xyz centres is to take a plan for 10 to 15 days. So definitely she is considerate and empathetic with pocket friendly treatment. I'd definitely get back to her for any other physio related concerns.

At the close of day as promised, she messaged on the anti inflammatory medication that would subside any remaining ruminating pain.

I would recommend the doctor, the staff, the facility for any physio related treatment. Thank you for the service and great job also with not giving the hospital aura.

I'm writing this review after 1 month of treatment.

I was struggling with neck stiffness and pain for 4 years. Dr. Shruhti started with basic treatment and slowly moved towards dry needling for better results. You will have soreness during treatment but it's all worth it. As she says "it will get worse before it gets better". After treatment, she gave a few stretches and strengthening exercises to continue at home.

It took about a month of continuous exercises to cure 90% of my pain.

I'm really happy with the long term treatment provided by Dr Shruthi. Just remember that the key is continuous commitment
