Today you have taught me to do the exercise of moving palm vertically upward. I was able to do the exercise while I was at your clinic. But when I tried to do the same at home, I was not able to move up the palm above my head due to pain and stiffness. It may be due to non availability of smooth surface like at clinic. I will keep trying to achieve the desired result. Pl advise.
