I have now had 7 sessions with Dr. Yash. While I initially went in for knee pain and lower back issues, he diagnosed that the root cause was core weakness and stiffness across the posterior chain. He has put me on an exercise plan, with gradually increasing difficulty. This has helped me run with lesser knee issues, and also improved my performance on lifting weights.
For me, the key has been to follow his exercise recommendations keenly. Once the current plan is complete, I intend to go back for regular sports massage sessions.
