I am incredibly grateful to Dietition Dr.Arpita Chakrobarty for their support and expertise throughout my weight loss journey. From the initial consultation, she took the time to understand my goals and challenges. She designed a personalized meal plan that fit my lifestyle and preferences perfectly.

What impressed me the most was Dr Arpita Chakraborty dedication and encouragement. She provided ongoing support and guidance, making adjustments to the plan as needed to ensure I stayed on track. Thanks to her help, I not only lost weight but also gained a better understanding of nutrition and healthy eating habits.

I went to Arpita mam for 3 major problems.

Acne, Constipation and weight loss.

The first thing that was really good was that she gave alot of time personally to understand my routine and dietary preferences based on which she made a diet chart for me. She did not have a ready format or anything like that.

The diet plan was surprisingly with alot of food so there was no chance of being hungry. Yes there were some restrictions related to dairy and packaged food but i was okay with it.

I must have followed the diet 80-85% and i was surprised i still git wonderful results. My constipation is much better and acne is gone. I did not loose as much weight as i would like but it was not so important for me.

Most importantly i have now become conscious and educated about what i eat thanks to Arpita mam and also there are some basic changes in my eating habits which will stay with me for life.

All in all i am very happy and its been life changing for me.
