Dr. Sapna is extremely professional, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to clearly explain my dental issues, walk me through the treatment options, and answer all my questions without any hurry. The procedure itself was smooth and almost painless, and I really appreciated how they kept checking if I was comfortable throughout.
The staff at the reception and assistants are equally warm and courteous. Appointment scheduling, reminders, and billing were all handled very efficiently. Waiting time was minimal, and the overall process felt very well managed.

Doctor was is no hurry. There was no compulsion for getting the treatment done. We were given enough time and very good guidance for taking decision.
