.i always wanted to try therapy because I always thought that everyone should be in therapy. We all have issues that we know or don’t know of.And it’s always better to get all the help we can .I had somehow gotten over the death of my aunt by the time I started seeing jyoti.I was doing pretty well by then. But I knew there was a lot of bad coping skills,a lot of thought biases and so on that I couldn’t possibly find by myself. We started of from my childhood and then we slowly progressed.During this process, a lot about my personality and life came up. I accessed parts of my psyche that I had forgotten about.Jyoti was so good at guiding me through. What she did was ask me these questions.now,I am the kind of person who hates explaining myself to even my own self. But jyoti made it so easy to do that and by that she helped me understand a lot about myself. by then the coronavirus pandemic Had started and all the things I thought I had gotten over started surfacing again. The same good old anxieties you know. And when that whole rabbit hole opened up,jyoti helped me through it. She still does!.it would be my pleasure to recommend Jyoti. What would work for me is a friend who has the wisdom to help me through a psychological hurdle. As it’s not a perfect world, that person didn’t exist in my life. And that person probably doesn’t exist in anybody’s life.Jyoti have sort of been that for me(that really says a lot about her as a therapist).I don’t know what her specialties are, but what she’s helped me through is with health anxiety. And I think she did a very good job at that; she still is.I hope my review help you . Cheers!

always put my mental and emotional well-being on the back burner thinking ignorance is bliss. But recently, the suppressed emotions came back in the form of intense gender dysphoria and with it symptoms of depression. I didn’t understand how to tackle it but one of my close friends recommended I specifically seek out mental health counselling with Nithya at Heart It Out. My friend was right, Nithya is amazing at what she does. Individual therapy sessions really helped me get in touch with my inner feelings. She patiently and compassionately explained gender dysphoria to me and helped me understand my sexuality as well. I am still in sessions with her but Nithya tells me that emotional well-being is a journey and I am ready for it!

I realized that something was off when my son suddenly began to throw tantrums and refused to meet his friends. As a mother I was skeptical about child therapy and its impacts on my son; whether or not he would be able to handle it. But those doubts were resolved in my very first interaction with the team Naratha. My child opened up to her with ease and was able to communicate previously unvoiced feelings. She was really warm and friendly and took the therapy sessions at my son’s pace while also
Visited Ms. Kajol Birawat (Counselling Psychologist) For Counselling for Depression & Anxiety
I have been seeing Ms. Kajol Birawat for almost one and half year now. When I started I didn’t believe that therapy can do anything to my depression. But after my first session with her, I felt so lighter. Like a huge burden had lifted off my shoulders. I realised then that, I’m not alone in this journey. She has helped me deal with my anxiety and depression. Empathised with me when I was feeling my lowest. She’s never judged me. She has helped me label my feelings. Helped me get back on my feet. She is very a patient listener, supportive, warm and kind.
The organisation Heart-it-out doesn’t just provide 1 on 1 therapy sessions but also offers fun and interesting programs like Buddy Circle (peer Support group) and Welcome wagon (city tour). Their team members are kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking help.

I met Ms. Kajol Birawat at Heart it out clinic. Heart it out is a perfect place for anyone seeking help. Initially I was hesitant to opt for therapy but then finally decided to give it a try. And choosing 'Heart it Out' proved to be a great decision. My therapist Kajol was very kind, patient and created a very non-judgmental space for me. She often went out of her way to help me, provided me with helpful reading and listening materials outside our therapy session. So it was not just that one hour of therapy work. I recommend 'Heart it Out' to anyone looking to seek help :)

Heart it out is amazing. I have been talking to my therapist Kajol here for a couple of months now and am very comfortable with her.
1. There is NO judgement and forced advice. I am made to reflect on my own thoughts and actions and come to conclusions that suit me best...this process has empowered me to live, make my life more meaningful and enjoyable.
2. I have the freedom to choose when I need therapy.
3. Very important: heart it out has an extremely reasonable approach to the fees they charge. I had been putting off therapy because I couldn't afford it (I'm a student) for a long time. All the therapists I approached before heart it out refused to negotiate fees. But heart it out has given me an opportunity like no other.
Thank you! I would recommend heart it out in the blink of an eye. Try them and you will know why 😋

My family and I were always close, but when I came out to my family, the image completely shattered. My family became distant and no matter how much I explained myself to them, they just wouldn’t understand. So somehow I managed to bring them to a family therapy session for psychological counselling where Jyoti Das said what I couldn't, and made them understand what I was going through. The whole experience was so incredible, we started to communicate with each other again, and it felt like ever
Video consultation done with Ms. Kajol Birawat (Counselling Psychologist) For Marriage/ Marital Counselling
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issue
After I realised that I couldn’t cope with my marital problems and the difficulties I was having focusing on my children all by myself, I confided in a friend. He recommended that I try consulting Heart It Out for an individual therapy session. As I spoke to Kajol Birawat, my online therapist, she made me realise that because I was not able to find time for myself, I was largely dissatisfied and disinterested in my other responsibilities. Since then, I have made it a practice to invest in hobbies and keep myself happy along with my other duties as a wife and mother. Thank you, Heart It Out!

In the beginning I wasn't quite sure how it would be. Cause I had no trust in giving out my personal life details to an absolute stranger . I have had male therapists before so when I got a female it was a little confusing in my head .
But honestly she is an amazing therapist, listens to you and you can be totally honest . She doesn't judge you .
I wish I had more time with her though because she was my school counselor we didn't get as much time as I wish we could get .
This one incident happened in school where I broke the contract and Jyoti ma'am had to tell my parents . However , I was uncertain and never wanted the meeting to happen . Surprisingly, she was so amazing in the meeting and my mom absolutely loved her and appreciated her as my counselor. I can't thank her enough during stressful times she is always available via phone calls and I trust her even today completely.
She is extremely non judgemental and explains things to you that you couldn't understand yourself . Highly recommend her . She helps you through everything your going through .

Recently I discovered that I was not happy in my current relationship and I wanted to explore my sexuality further. I was trying to make everything work but I felt stuck. I was scared of not being accepted by people around me. Counselling psychologist Nithya at Heart It Out helped me navigate my changing feelings and encouraged me to prioritise my needs. We explored ways to come to terms with the changes within and around me in my individual therapy sessions. She is really a crucial part of this
