I highly recommend Dt. Silky Mahajan. The good thing about Dt. Silky Mahajan thoroughly understands your eating habits and lifestyle and suggests the correct lifestyle. Based on your food preference, she will prepare a diet plan. We just need to follow her diet plan and instruction regarding exercise (generally she will suggest walking for 45 min to 1 hour). I was trying hard to lose weight, tried different diets, attended boot camps which had the difficult diet plans like no carbs for a week which was horrible, nothing helped me much. Initially, I didn't see a lot of change, but after two weeks, I began to see a lot of changes in my weight and size (in inches). I lost close to 10 Kgs over a period of 3 months, now I feel lighter, more energetic and relaxed. Silky Mams diet plan is easy and simple, I don't feel like we are following a diet.
