The best diet is that's which makes you fit & healthy, because it takes time for the body to set up, when you come to your diet routine, then you will see a difference in the body,

The Orthopedic doctor for Spine surgery and The Urologist & Nephrologist doctor for to set Valve & Pelvic muscles surgery finally talked about the operation, It's the last option for us, but doctors recommend and prefer to lose weight before the operation.

What's a result to " The DIET "

3 PROBLEMS WAS CURED TO DIET

1.

Started Dr. Nafeesa's diet, since then periods are coming regularly on about 45 days.

For the last 18 years, the problem of irregular periods was treated only with Diet, did everything for this but did not get success. Did yoga, excersize, take medicine.

After 6 months of starting the diet, the problem of Urinary Incontinence was completely cured by itself.Which was a big surprise for us.

My wife's problems & situations :

Then I had too also expected somthing, otherwise I was completely disappointed that even diet can't do anything now.
