I had puss accumulation on one of my fingers.I went to get it checked because Dr. SANDEEP was available immediately.But little did I know that Dr. SANDEEP won't be consulting.

First my appointment was rescheduled and then I had to consult with a junior doctor because the doctor was not available.It turned out I need to go through a small procedure. I would like to share my overall good experience with Derma solutions clinic. I consulted Dr. Sandeep with high hopes for my Laser Hair removal treatment. I had taken sessions in other clinics and faced several complication either one or other. Whole body laser hair removal 4 sessions so far done. I am seriously amazed to see the difference and results. Further 4 more sessions are recommended for completion. Cost wise, I got a good package discounts and was inside my budget.

Dr Sandeep is most experienced *** ******* with his team. Hair transplant is a major procedure everyone looking for, as I heard n experienced personally, he is the best Doctor in the country who addresses the patient personally. The staff at reception at the clinic is very rude. Straight away I was asked to pay the consultation charge and wait for one hour. After asking about the wait period, I was told that the wait period is minimum 60 minutes. Looked like, the staff was in hurry to collect money. When we told that our booking was scheduled at 4:00 pm and we are before time, the staff started talking to us in a rude way. If there is no value of time, then there is no use of using Practo.Doctor is friendly and gave us good explanation of the problem. Staff need to learn how to talk to customers.

A special thanks to Dr. Sandeep Mohapatra and Dr. Thyagaraj for the excellent treatment given. I was suffering from cyst in the mouth for 4 months & approached Neo Clinic for treatment.

In no time, the surgery was performed and the cyst was removed. Also a special thanks to Ms. Manju for the timely follow up since the surgery and until removing the sutures.

This was not my first time to Neo clinic, but also previously for a wart removal. The doctors are excellent and have a golden hand to cure patient of any ailments.

I am so happy to say that the treatment was up to the mark.

I was facing severe hair fall and hair loss post covid infection. The doctor suggested mesotherapy treatment. Till 4th session, I didn't see any improvements and was felling so helpless. I was loosing my patience as well. But soon after the 5th session, it changed my life. I was able to see remarkable difference. And by 10th session, I saw my hair fall completely stopped along with a lot of new hairs all over my crown area. I must say thank you so much Dr. Sandeep.

Through Practo only I came to know this doctor located near to my place, but surprisingly their staff has called me and forcibly ask me to cancel the appointment in practo , but unfortunately I don’t have option I have cancelled and visited same clinic , but not satisfied with Sandeep’s treatment atleast he won’t listen our words and even the prescribed medicine list contains **** ** ******* ***** **** shower gel, sunscreen lotion, moisturising cream and only one tablet that which we should buy in the same clinic.consultation fees also too high as they are charging like other Corporate hospitals.

I visited the clinic today for a skin and scalp issue. The appointment fee was mentioned as ₹1,000, but I was charged ₹1,500 ******* *** ********* **** * *** *** ********* **** ** *** ***** **** * **** *********** **** * ********* * **** ******* **** ************** *** ***** ******* ******* *** * **** ***** **** ************ **** ***** ******* *********** ***** ** *** ****** ** ********

I got a call to come early(5 pm) as doctor had to leave for some place. My original appointment was at 5:40. I reached the place at 4:58 and was made to wait till 05:30 pm. Further the doctor was in such a hurry he did not even look at the problematic area ******** *** *********** *** ****** They straight away took me to a consultant who said a treatment needs to be done worth rs 8000. This is all for a pimple on my chest.

Doctor made me wait for half an hour or so. He had no patients during that time. He was discussing random things about his day with someone. When i went into his cabin he started writing in prescription pad, without even listening the complete problem. Prescribed 8 medicine for 20 days for swiming pool rash. Didnt even asked to visit if problem persists.
