The doctor maintained excellent hygiene during these times of the Covid pandemic. My wife went to her to get a single tooth on the left side investigated since it had become sensitive to cold or hot food. However, the doctor carried out grinding and filling on that tooth and another on the right side that was *never* hurting. She said that there was a cavity between two teeth on the new (right side) and there would be sensitivity after the filling. However, a month later, my wife suffers from pain and increase sensitivity in *both teeth* (including one that never had a problem). She visited other dentists, *** **** **** ** ** ***** ** **** ** ******* *** ********* *** **** *** ****** **** ******* While my wife visited her for addressing the pain after it didn't subside, but the second visit didn't help. The doctor gave us the option of visiting again if the pain didn't reduce, *** ** ***** **** *** ********** *** ****** **** *** **** ** **** ** ******* ** *** *******

I do believe Dr.Lobo was doing her best all along to help the patient, *** ** **** ** *** ******** **** *********** **** *** *** ******** *** she is unable to use those two teeth for chewing now.

The most important ingredient in a doctor/patient relationship is trust. And I trust doctor Lobo for I feel she has a strong integrity base.

I have been to dentists who have told me I had gum disease or needed a root canal, when all they really wanted was my money. Because on second and third opinions from other dentists I was assured that my gums were absolutely fine and I did not require a root canal - only a filling was necessary.

Doctor Lobo is a reliable dentist; her clinic is up to date with the latest technology; the music she plays in the clinic is beautiful and soothing and she is transparent in her dealings with her patients. All this I really appreciate and therefore highly recommend her to whoever is in need of dental treatment.
