Covid was on my head with all bad news all around.

I was depressed and anxious about COVID ​hitting me .

It was haunting me and i felt that i may be called upon any day.

It was too much to handle while staying alone at bangalore as my roommates' have left for hometown.

I felt lonely and went into an over-thinking mode.

I had serious covid phobia and was unable to overcome .

A friend of mine suggested Dr. Neha .

I thought to give it a try seeing her reviews online.

I took first session by my friends persuasion and second was out of choice.

She has a nice lady and good to talk .

The best part is that she doesn't rushes through . She LISTENS and she really does.

My second therapy session was fun and i gained much more confidence and sounded like a warrior incase I need to fight with Covid.

I was happy i would say.

I reached out to Neha to get help and recover from grief, pain, confusion and anxiety that came along with the end of an emotionally abusive relationship. I felt very comfortable sharing my story and felt heard and got multiple great insights. She listens carefully and is able to pick on key issues to work on and offers good suggestions. Her prescriptions are great and I am much stronger in the past month and have been able to make my own decisions.

Doctor was friendly.. earlier i was not able to open up with many of the doctors.. but I was able to open up myself with doctor Neha and explain my issues.. There is no issue with treatment given by doctor... but issue with me as I am not working upon the things she suggested.. trying to workout on what she suggested will definitely help to come out of the situation.. so efforts should be from patient side as well along with doctor what i feel

We all go through struggles and hardships and its okay to get some help. I was really hesitant about reaching out for help and I am student who is currently studying in the US and I am so glad I came across Neha. She has gotten me out of my depression and anxiety and helped me develop my own coping mechanisms to deal with problems. She understood, listened and gave me prescription that fits my personality and comfort zone.

Her approach to therapy was really different and refreshing and I am still in the process of healing but I know I will get there.

Even with the time difference, she has managed to help me out.

I've had several sessions with Neha and they have been enlightening and very positive. I had been going through a lot of stress and health anxiety and didn't know how to cope with it anymore so i decided to take help of therapy and i am glad i did.

Dr neha explained how my stress about health was itself becoming my enemy and how can i naturally get out of it through some lifestyle changes and how to focus on positive aspects of life.

I felt a bit better immediately after talking to her and felt i could see things much better. I am still on the journey of recovery but that first step was really important.

This was my first experience with a psychologist. The wait time was nil. And counseling room was very comfortable and vibrant. The doctor was very patient, accommodative and friendly. She could understand the root issues and provide proper guidance. The thing I like the most was that she insisted on me overcoming my issues on my own via the advices and practices she suggested and that I should pay my next visit If only the need be for me to get external support or assistance. Overall very satisfactory experience.

1. There was no waiting time. Mam was waiting at the door expecting a total stranger.

2. I don't want to relate this to money.

The hospitality was good. Allowing a total stranger to someone's home.

The session was moving fast, rather breaking into multiple sessions.

I have taken more time than allotted. The intention was clear. To help the person on the other side.
