Dr. Akhil Dadi

The doctor was very patient and listened carefully to my concerns. Although the waiting time was longer than expected and my appointment time was not considered, I would still recommend this doctor and rated the experience five out of five.

I had knee pain and found Dr. Akhil Dadi to be very ************* *** communicative. The clinic was clean, and the staff were polite. Overall, I was very satisfied with the care I received and would recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Akhil Dadi was average. The doctor arrived quite late, which led to a long wait, and the explanation was not very clear. I am unsure if I would recommend him to others.

I have already visited another doctor in same hospital 4 months ago for my Mother's knee injury. However there was no relief to the issue. This time I decided to visit Dr. Akhil Dadi (who is famous for joint injuries) since heard lot about him.

No one at reception told me that you can't visit another doctor. They took 600/- since that was fee for Dr. Akhil. I waited for almost 1 hour even after booking prior appointment through Practo, and when our number came Dr. Akhil simply denied to see the patient (my Mom) stating that the case of another doctor in same hospital. Then I requested to make it new registration even then he denied.

Later we have to wait for another 1 hour to see the same doctor which we previously visited. The overall experience displayed by Doctors and Staff was completely miserable and non-professional. The incidence completely vanished my all respect I had for Dr. Akhil. I completely agree that he might be right at his place and don't want to take case of his colleagues, however he doesn't have any right to deny to see any patient who visit him.

My concern are:

1. Why it was not clarified at the time of registration?

2. What is the problem if some patient want to consult another doctor?

3. Why to wait for 1 hour if you have pre-booked appointment at a slot?

The behavior displayed by Dr. Akhil and staff was highly unprofessional and was nowhere near the Declaration of Geneva recommendation for healthcare professional.

Not advisable hospital...

I had appointment with Mr.Akhil at around 2:20pm, hospital staff called and doctor would not be looking into my case as my problem is small and some junior would take care and said to come by 3:20pm as he is in surgery.

I went on 3:20pm, on reaching their, they have said doc is still busy having his lunch wait for 10mins, after 10mins later again they said doctor is busy with some other case and I need to wait for 1 hour more.... simply they were saying that my case is not that serious to treat it immediately. My point is that without consultation how come they justify my problem as small...

Doctor is cool and listened carefully about the problem and explained , each and every detail. Took his sweet time to provide us options and guided us with some direction. He is **** ** **** ** **** *** a very cool person.

Cons:-

1.)Staff don't know what they do . They charged me for x ray and gave bill for some other person for some other x ray.

2.) Staff Don't know where the doctor is or when he is going to attend to patients. No respect for appointment.

3.)We kept waiting for 3 hrs post appointment. The staff should inform the patients about doctor whereabouts atleast.

4.) Don't guide patients on what happens next , as they assume the first time patients know everything.

Doctor does not have time sense. My appointment was at 1:30 but he saw me at 4:30. He didn't explain in detail. The moment he saw the report he said you will have to go for joint replacement. I said no in such you go for medication for 4 months and revisit that's it he went to see next patient.

I am completely dissatisfied with service

Doctor explained clearly about the problem. Advised available all sorts of alternatives.we apt.for surgery.sucsessfully done.now I am doing well. Thankyou dr. If anybody suffering with knee related problems can blindly approach the DR.AKHIL DADI sir. Four of our relatives done surgery with srikara hospital.

Doctor is nice but the people at reception are not good. They are not treating well. So, even doctor is good, I strongly don't recommend to anyone. They should be more specific at the calls. Even though they take phone appointment, they should tell in front that its first come first serve. Communication should improve and lot of things needs more changes.
