Hands down she is a very efficient, ************** caring *** ************* Gynaecologist. I can't compare her with others as me and my wife hasn't consulted much doctors in hyderabad during pregnancy, but she is really really good. Her caring nature is reflected when she remembers minute details of the patient even without looking at the file. *** ***** **** *** *********** ********* ** *** *** ** ** *********** ****** She never questions if you are getting the blood test done from a place of your choice - be it some online or offline lab. She always insists for normal delivery if everything is good with the mother. The hospital which she has founded with her husband, is probably the most affordable private hospital in the city. When c-section delivery packages cost about 1.5 lakhs in other hospitals, here you can get it within 1 lakh including the baby, assuming both mother and child are healthy. Speaking of her efficiency and skills, she and her team are very proficient in quickly delivering the baby, applying the stitches and sealing the wound. My wife had a c-section and she felt almost no pain at all during the spinal anaesthesia injection (she was very well guided by the entire team of doctors in the OT). There was no need of blood transfusion, when generally c-section deliveries involve lot of blood loss. This proves how quickly and efficiently they have done the stitching. My wife's wounds are also healing very fast and she has been able to walk on the very next day after delivery without the need of IV painkiller. I would like to thank the doctor again for a safe delivery and for making the entire process so smooth. This is not a paid or false review. This is what we have both genuinely felt after consulting her for more than 7 months now. I would also like to mention few areas of improvement that I feel, can be done in the hospital -1) there is only one functional elevator which results in long waitings, 2) some of the nurse sisters are very casual with the babies (in our case, once during our baby’s blood test, one nurse didn't even notice that blood was continuously oozing out from his hand and he was in so much pain) 3) most of the central ACs are kept off which results in really hot atmosphere inside the premises, especially in the gynaecology OPD waiting area, it gets really hot.

I have visited her second time as she suggested to visit this time she simple wrote bunch of medicines ******* ********** *** ******* *** she didn’t even checked the test reports. I still don’t know based on what she suggested the medication

We consulted dr roopa mam she is very good doctor and very friendly with patient and our treatment very smoothly without waiting time

1. She will not spend even 2 minutes with patient for fee of 700.

4. She will not suggest/recommend anything. She will not even answer all questions we ask..she will be always in hurry

6. She asked us to join on nov 6 morning 6...we asked her, so many times , we will join at 7 as my mother-in-law need to come from other place

First of all, what we expect from a doctor is timeliness and friendliness, which unfortunately are lagging in this doctor. We came to cradle for a 10 AM appointment and were made to sit for 2 hours. Despite our multiple requests we were told she is busy busy busy (of course with OP patients). When we arrived, we are the only ones there, but took 2 hours to get into scanning room, which is a circus alley in my opinion. The phones kept ringing all the time during scan and nurses keep on coming and going for advises and a fellow doctor comes inside and talks about another patient with this doctor. Is it a scanning room or consultation room?

I have been to another hospital nearby and had to come here due to unavailability of slots there. That hospital staff are really helpful and the doctor in scanning room is very strict on mobile usage and sounds. She explained everything in detail but here no explanation at all.

The nurses and staff carry a peculiar attitude. My humble request is, we come to you in search of a good doctor about our health and wellness, if this is the way you treat us, I have nothing to say anymore. Please think.

I have been consulting with Dr. Roopa Ghanta for almost 6 years. During pregnancy also I consulted her and my experience was very good, our little princess saw her first light on 12 May 2020. I delivered baby during Covid-19 pandemic situation and was little afraid. Me and my husband were alone and due to Covid-19, no one from our family was able to come. Doctor has been very supportive in this situation and tried to calm me down always if I was in tention. She does not scare much and told us how to take care of myself and baby during pregnancy. She does not explain things in too much details and try to keep things point to point, does not scare much, which we liked. She answers our questions and doubts pretty well. I have the habit of reading and getting all the info, so was not depending on doctor for everything. But if some people want to completely depend on doctor, then they should ask themself with doctor their doubts. If we ask anything, she eill explain nicely.. She always used to repond on whatsapp if I ask any question which was very much needed in this pandamic situation. Many times i was able to resolve my queries on whatsapp which avoided going to hospital on this Covid situation. Even now after my delivery, if i ask her anything on whatsapp she still helps me.Overall i can say i am happy with doctor the way she has helped me during my pregnency journey.

No input on care, food, medicine side effect, ******** ******** **** **** **** ********* **** ******** My daughter in law called her few times to say that her legs are swelling and can she visit her. She said don’t worry, it happens and pain is normal after changing some medicines. Within couple of days in 24th week of pregnancy, my daughter in law had severe bleeding. Apollo cradle staff said your reports are missing although entire 6 month tests were done in the same hospital. Somehow they found it, asked to arrange blood before starting operation. Admin lead was called to explain the NICU charges first before patient was taken care of. ****** ****** *** ** ***** Dr. came later and started surgery saying there is low chance of baby survival. When we asked until last week you said things are normal and even two days back you ignored the leg swelling, *** *** ***** **** *** ******* ****** *** **** ****** ** ***** ***** *** **** *** **** *** ***** ** *** ***** Baby was delivered and that my baby poor soul died in 4 days.
