I had a consultation with Dr. Murahari P and the experience was generally okay. The doctor explained the next steps clearly, asking me to revisit if the pain persists. However, there was some confusion regarding the consultation price, which was higher than what was mentioned on the app, indicating some mismanagement between Practo and the hospital.

The clinic is not good and the rates are more than corporate hospitals. For the same treatment corporate hospital might have charged 2000 whereas Apollo charged me 7000 rs. They even can’t explain the details of the charges. I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone

The doctor explained everything clearly, but overall I was very dissatisfied with the experience. The clinic, staff, and waiting time need significant improvement. I would not recommend Dr. Murahari P to others and I rate the experience as 1 out of 5.

The doctor explained things clearly during the consultation. However, I am not sure about my overall experience and felt the clinic and staff experience was just okay, but then I also said it was not okay when asked to rate. So, my experience was mixed and somewhat unsatisfactory.
