Hoped for better: Wait time
The wait time is killing. There is no appointment system. It is on first served basis. We had to go at 5.30 pm and take our number. The doctor came at 7.15 pm. Sinceours was number 3 , we finished by 8 pm. There were about 30 patients waiting indefinitely for their turn. **** ** * **** ********** ******* Patients can be given slots and asked to come as per the slot. So minimal waiting would be there. All are patients afflicted with ailiments. **** ****** ** *********** ** ******* ********** While all are using modern technology to ease appointment process, using this archaic method is highly patient unfriendly. While he is a good doctor, he can reduce patient suffering by qualitatively organising appointment scheduling system. Hope he would look into this weak area and make patient experience more comfortable!
