Focus Dental Care, Gachibowli (Dr. Ajay Krishna's clinic) is a well maintained and professional dental care unit. It has a comfortable feel to it and the staff is very friendly.

I had a shaky incisor (front tooth) that had been through a root canal treatment about 12 years back. I had assumed that the cap is loose and asked them to stabilize it, but they were thorough, took an X-Ray and discovered that the root of that tooth was being eaten up by infection which could spread to the neighboring teeth.

I was told that the tooth would need to be extracted and was given options of a dental bridge or implant. Once I chose to go ahead with the implant, I was again allowed to choose the type of implant. At no stage did I feel forced into getting something done, which was a nice feeling.

The implant procedure itself went off extremely well, Dr. Ajay kept me up to date with every detail as the surgery took place and I was left with minimal/no discomfort at all after the surgery. Simple extractions have given me worse discomfort than this.

The only thing that needs improvement is sticking to time schedules allotted. Most people do not reach appointments in time, but those who do should not be made to wait because others in the queue delayed. Also, cost wise it is slightly on the high side which could be improved slightly.

Overall, whenever I need any dental work, I'd go to Dr. Ajay's clinic (Focus Dental Care) without a second thought.

Dr. Ajay and his team *** ** *** *** ** *** **** ****** **** ** ********** I say this by the qualification that more than 30 people from my family and friends have been treated by him/his team over the past 6 years and I have never heard even a single complaint till date.

Dr. Ajay is a rare breed of ethical doctors' who still gives more importance to human values than anything else. For him, patients and their welfare comes first and everything else can wait. A thorough gentleman and an extremely honest doctor. ** ** ** ************* ****** *** ******** *** ********** *** *** *********** ******* ********** He is not someone who will start drilling into your teeth for any and every problem. He treats every problem on it's merit and I have seen many a times that he was criticized for not doing 'what the patient wants' and doing 'what the patient actually needs'.

He gives utmost importance to sterilisation and cleanliness in all his clinics and it is quite evident everywhere.

I would definitely and very strongly recommend Dr. Ajay for any sort of dental complaints.

Dr. Ajay Krishna is a gentle, sober and smiling person hears the patients dental problem minutely and checks up thoroughly before coming out with the solutions. In my wife Mrs Sharada Kumar's case, he has done the treatment wonderfully well and we are very much thankful to him. He arranges to maintain the place of treatment very neat and tidy conditions with latest equipments and dedicated assistants. Dr Ajay is a wonderful human being . Ihad a bad expecience with another dentist in Tirmulghery Vijaya/outlook dental Clinic, it was 10 years back and that dr said i need RCI to be done but he never performed an RCI and only fixed cap this resulted in pus formation and my right cheek was swollen. When i visited focus dental in the month of April 2107, Dr Ajay looked into the problem and performed proper RCI on 2 of my tooth and trust me each time he would put less amount of local anesthesia clearly telling me to bear the pain as local anesthesia in high dosages aren't good, Dr Ajay made sure all my issues are taken care and at the same time wanted to make sure i have very less side effects due to antibiotics and anesthesia. Focus dental group is very flexible and they adjusted according to my work timings. It was really a fabulous experience for me in total. Should anyone in my family have any dental issues i will take them to Focus dental gachibowli where Dr Ajay is there.

My mother got her treatment done (extraction, surgery, and removable partial denture) at Focus dental care, which lasted for several months with around 20 visits to the clinic.

Let me start with positive aspects. Aesthetics, hygiene, and general atmosphere of the clinic is top class. They have excellent support staff and all doctors (Dr. Isha, Dr. Monica and others) are very nice, courteous, and helpful. It does give a feeling and confidence that one is getting treatment at a good place. Dr. Ajay is nice, and an expert prosthodontist. He also received dental excellence award recently, very well deserved.

We still left with an unpleasant experience at the end. First of all, the appointment would never start on time. Average wait time was 30-40 mins, sometimes we had to wait, on weekdays, for more than an hour! I complained about it multiple times but no improvement till the end. I understand that doctor is busy, but so we are! This is a premium dental care place, and many patients of the clinic would be well placed working professionals for whom time is valuable.

Treatment got delayed a lot and we adjusted our travel being an outstation patient. This is fine, but at the end we received a denture that was faulty. My mom has been using dentures in the past, so she is aware of the pain it causes in the beginning. But this one just got worse every day! We did visit the clinic couple of times, got it rectified, but then doctor said use it more and it will be fine. My mom went out of town after that, and then situation became worse. Her mouth was full of terrible ulcers which wouldn't go, the bite was not proper. We tried everything, i.e. not using denture till ulcers heal (as suggested by clinic), applied lotions etc. She was in great pain. We then visited our family doctor, who is a senior dentist with 30 years of experience, and HoD in a govt. dental hospital in Rajasthan. She said that the denture design is wrong, wires are misaligned, and so are teeth at the lower part. We then consulted another prosthodontist and he said the same, that making adjustments in this denture is not going to work and it requires making a new denture.

We then called the clinic hoping to speak to the Dr. Ajay to take opinion. We did mention that she is in a great pain, unable to eat or even talk properly. Still Dr. Ajay didn't talk to us, neither we got his direct number. Another Dr. who spoke to us said just don't use denture and it will be fine. We said we tried everything and its not working. We then asked if we visit the clinic and if you check and find out that a new denture is needed, would you do it. All we heard, Dr. Ajay is a renowned dentist, his denture cannot be wrong. May be your mom doesn't know how to use the denture. May be it will be fine after some time. The only commitment that we got was 'we can see you at the clinic'. Well thank you for your generosity. However good a doctor is, he/she can make mistake. Two senior doctors, and the patient's agony cannot be wrong. It is human to err, but one should be gracious enough to accept, or at least give a confidence that don't worry, we will take care of it. Also there is no harm in Dr. Ajay speaking to patients in such situations, seniority or popularity shouldn't take away the humility.

Focus dental care just washed off its hand once the treatment was done. Probably they thought they will have to redo it for free, but we were willing to pay! We got the sense that it is going nowhere, and then opted for a new denture all over again. Thankfully the new denture is perfectly fine.

made me quite comfotable during procedure. **** ******* ****** didnot face any discomfort during more than 90 min procedures. Did not proceed with the 5th implant as the tooth was bleeding. Explained me and my wife the reasons and the follow up nursing actions required by us.

My pain post operation ( which was completed by 430 pm) lasted only upto mid night (after taking 2 pain killer tablets).

Yesterday, went again for giving the teeth impressions. Had a good , painless time during this time also, *** ** **** ****** ** ** *****

Over all happy. waiting for the whole procedure to be over soon.

I can assertively say that Dr Ajay is the safest and most reliable dentist that I had met so far. I had a bad experience in RML hospital in New Delhi when a root canal treatment went wrong. I lived with that for 7 years before getting the final implant here. Dr Ajay has his own unique way of making the patient comfortable as he does his job with the precision of a surgeon's hand. Special emphasis is laid on sanitation to eliminate any chance of infection. The entire process was devoid of any pain. Here, one is in safe hands.

In my first visit, I visited for a cavity filling. Despite the 30-minute guarantee from Practo, I was taken in after around 45 minutes. Even though I booked for seeing Dr. Ajay Krishna, I was seen by another doctor. In the second visit, the doctor could not fill the cavity in the first try. The procedure took almost two hours against the promised ~40 minutes time. The billing was haphazard and the doctor did not explain the cost of procedures, billing details, and the choices I had for my treatment. All in all a, very lukewarm experience.

I have wonderful experience with all the doctors in Focus Dental Care. All doctors and staff are well mannered and polite, when there are patients we have wait for our turn. Appointments are given based on patience choice. Atmosphere and the facility are at it best. I was explained about all the possible and best options (this is for my mother) she had 2 implants and bridges. Her satisfaction is my concern so was Dr. Ajay's. He took utmost care through out. I visited dentists in other countries, but Focus is on top of my list.

I WOULD DIFFIDENTLY LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO EVERYONE AROUND GACHIBOWLI, I VISITED THIS CLINIC ON MY FRIENDS ADVICE AND FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN TO THE CLINIC I FELT IT WAS WORTH VISITING THIS CLINIC , THERE ARE MANY DENTAL CLINICS IN GACHIBOWLI BUT THEY WERE NOT CLEAN, AND I FELT THEY WERE OVERPRICED BUT FOCUS DENTAL DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A CLINIC ITS MORE LIKE A SPA VERY SPACIOUS ,NEAT AND TO MY SURPRISE THE PRICES WERE SAME AS OTHERS , I THINK OTHER CLINIC DOCTORS SHOULD VISIT THIS PLACE AND SEE THE PLACE, COMING TO THE TREATMENT I HAD TO UNDERGO MISSING TEETH REPLACEMENT , I OPTED FOR IMPLANT AND DR AJAY FINISHED THE PROCEDURE IN 20 MINS ..WOW... DOCTOR.... AND GAVE ME A TEMPORARY TOOTH SO I DONT HAVE TO MISS OFFICE. SO FAR VERY GOOD EXPERINCE . THANK YOU FOCUS ....
