My Pet name is Khali (Dog - Male) a Dachshund original Breed. The Dog back portion got paralysed, We showed it to a few doctors who gave a few injections but there was no sustained effort. After talking to my VET friend, we took the pet to Dr. Lakshmi on 18th March 2020 and our experience and my opinion after going there has changed. They recommended lot of tests, starting with a Blood test and a Tick fever test which only is done at Bangalore and later an MRI which is typically done in the night, other than conducting all the test including MRI, We went ahead with a laser treatment for the pet though it was very painful for him. still we went ahead and too the recommendation from Dr. Lakshmi seriously and went for it. We were recommended a course for the pet and daily Rs. 600 for Doctor consultation (This site says Rs. 500) was slapped on us as part of the bill. When we visit a doctor for the first time and pay consultation fee, the fee would carry a validity for 10 days for a follow up consultation, Because of COVID situation, abruptly Dr. Lakshmi left the pet Khali and may be many other pets high and dry and waiting and Dr. Lakshmi went on quarantine. Junior doctors did not have a clue on how to take it forward. Our Pet Khali expired on the 01st of April and till date there is no call or any kind of follow up from the hospital front. ** ** **** *** **** ****** *** ******* ****** *** ****** ***** ** ** the facilities out there are good. *** *** ****** ******** *** **** ******** ***** * ***** ********* **** ****** ** *** ***** ** ** ***** *** ***** **** ***** ** **** * ***** **** ****** ***** ******* ****** **** ****** ** ***** **** *** ** ****** ******** ** *** ******* *** ****** very rough in handling. would not recommend at all. My dog has been diagnosed with Arthritis, Dr. Lakshmi is the only one who has a knowledge but she’s so busy that your fur baby will hardly matter to them. ***** ********. After multiple visits to animal care, I’m disappointed that I took this long to realise my dog is just getting sicker due to their no clarity medication given. Each doctor says different things and you won’t know just which one to believe. ******** ******* My dog was paralysed due to tick fever and I went to Dr. Lakshmi. I went to her for about a week. Dr. Lakshmi charged consultation fee every single day, which was around 600rs. She said my dog needed to get some injections, ***** * ***** ***** *** *** ********** ******** For the injection, it costed me 150rs, service charge for the injection was 110rs and my dog was given atleast 4 a day. She also gave my dog laser treatment, which costed a lot everyday. She gave the results to another doctor in delhi for a secondary opinion, the results are still not with me and it's been 15 days since I visited her. I've been a regular there with my 7.5 year old Labrador, for requirements from vaccines to surgeries. Totally delighted at the doctor and the staff and the attitude to animals. Completely recommend the place.
