Ms. Wamika Agarwal

I visited Wamika at a very low phase of my life. My psychiatrist treatment was going on before meeting her, but my mental roadblocks because of depression and anxiety needed therapy.

I can gladly say that in about 1.5 months, I was seeing improvements in my thoughts and daily cheerfulness, all because of her guidance - about therapeutic practices, talking about my issues and getting more clear about my thoughts.

I would strongly recommend her, as I have been suicidal and badly depressed for many years, and then to see improvement is a great great thing.

She is really helpful when you need someone to hear you out. There are very good practices she makes us do between two sessions.
