****** *** ** *** **** *************** * i can recall these days my family life was totally distrubed. My was has heavy pain on her Back and neck . We visited 2-3 orthopedic and taken medicine . And I would say, she prices herself right by healing me. Now I have to take care of my posture, my routine and my exerciseexercise, which is important for every individual to live a healthy life.
