I had an ACL(anterior cruciate ligament) tear in my right knee and I did my surgery. Generally, after 3 weeks of surgery the knee should bend more than 90 degrees but unfortunately I couldn't bend my knee more than 70 degrees. So, I joined Dr. Shivani's physiotherapy and in 1 week span my knee bending increased by 30 degrees i.e. I could bend my knee up to 100 degrees now. Also, now I am able to walk with ease. We were advised physiotherapy for the same. Hospital being far for us and the unbearable pain made me scout for a physiotherapy clinic in my area when I came across SP’s Refit. This was closer to my place and I just thought of trying it. The first time we went, Dr. Shivani was very patient to listen to the ailment and her approach towards the patient and also the treatment made us feel comfortable and positive. She treated my husband for one week. It’s past almost 5 months and the pain has disappeared since then. We are very thankful to Dr. Shivani for her wonderful treatment. Dr. Shivani , has given an in house therapy for a month to my father. I know that these sessions are very painful in the initial days as both the knees are replaced. But, Dr. Shivani made it very easy and comfortable to my father, that he not only recovered very soon and also with less pain.

One point to mention is the illustration and explanation of the exercise and proper way do them is the key factor of quick recovery, which Dr. Shivani is an expert.
